About Our Farm
At Elvin Smith Farms we believe quality is best. Our cows have been grazing our farm land for over 80 years. That is, of course, not the same group of cows as when we started but we are proud to say from the same lineage.

Since 1940 Elvin Smith Farms has raised cattle to help feed families in Northwest Arkansas. We have hundreds of stories we could share about the adventures on the farm and hope we get the chance to share them with you when you pick up your homegrown beef.
We take pasture raised cows direct to a USDA certified butcher. And sell direct to our local families. We own, operate, and care for the same land and cows our dads, grandparents, and great grandparents did all while selling Real Estate too!
